Overnight Apricot Hair Oil Routine
Apricot Oil Uses: 100% organic, cold-pressed oil from apricot kernels (Prunus armeniaca).
Overnight OIl treatment, can just add into shampoo and conditioner. Particularly great with curly hair to boost moisture in 2nd and 3rd day hair. Can add a teeny amount to ends for shine and softness. Can massage into scalp for dryness. Promotes hair growth.
Put hair up in a bun, sleep in a shower cap to protect fabrics. Don’t want any friction in your hair, and the bun adds additional heat which makes it more effective.
So lightweight, comparing to grapeseed oil as the last tried. The top of hair dries out fastest. You want the ends to stay hydrated and wet the most. A really nice oil- a combination of coconut oil or
Shampoo twice to make sure it is all out. Really enhance natural hair type- the best version of that- enhance straight hair, or curls.
You can also enjoy 1 tbsp daily in salad, soup, pasta dishes or apply a small amount to skin and hair.
