Easy Kale Salad
The Recipe from the restaurant True Foods that used up all the organic kale in northern California.
Ingredients:
2 bunches kale
½ tsp salt
salt the kale, and massage with hands (important in breaking it down this tough leaf). Then add in the following:
1/3 c EVOO
¼ c lemon juice
3 garlic clove minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ c parm
